Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition to qualify for return.
- Damaged, stained, scratched, or altered products are not eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Art items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A 50% fee will be deducted for return of Made-to-Order items.
Exchanges
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange:
Email clear photos of your product to contact@studiokikli.in .Our team will assist you through the next steps. You will be charged a Rs. 100 shipping fee.
Eligibility

- Only applicable for In-Stock items
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@studiokikli.in.
Cancellations
Made-to-Order Items
- Cancel within 24 hours: full refund.
- Cancel after 24 hours but before 14 days: 25% processing fee.
- Cancel after 14 days: 50% fee.
In-Stock Items
- Cancel within 24 hours : full refund
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations are not possible after item has been shipped.
Order Modifications
Made-to-Order Items
- Free modifications within 72 hours of purchase.
- After 72 hours but before 7 days : 25% modification fee.
- Modifications are not possible after 7 days.
- Modifications may affect estimated delivery times.
In-Stock Items
- Fulfilled within 24 hours and not eligible for modification.
Damages & Variations
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Report any damages within 24 hours with photos sent to contact@studiokikli.in
- Minor size and shape variances are normal for handmade items are not considered defects.
